Learn more about the LUNA research study of an investigational medication for adults with moderate to severe eczema, also known as atopic dermatitis (AD).
Do you have moderate to severe atopic dermatitis (AD)? A clinical research study is now enrolling eligible adults.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of an investigational medication in people with moderate to severe AD.
You may be eligible to participate if you:
• Are 18 to 65 years of age
• Have had AD for at least 1 year prior to starting the study
• Have not responded to treatment with topical medications for your AD or are unable to receive topical treatment
If you are interested, additional eligibility criteria will be assessed by the study doctor or staff. The commitment for the study is approximately 24 weeks (4-week Screening phase, 16-week Study Medication Dosing phase, and a 4-week Safety Follow-Up phase).
Qualified patients will receive investigational study medication or placebo and study-required medical care at no cost.
