Requirements:

• Age: 18 years of age or older
• Condition: Diagnosis of Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD)
• Treatment: Currently having an inadequate response to one of the following GAD-approved treatments:
  • Paroxetine (Aropax®, Paxil®, Pexeva®, Seroxat®, Sereupin®, Brisdelle®)
  • Venlafaxine XR (Effexor XR®)
  • Duloxetine (Cymbalta®, Yentreve®)
  • Escitalopram (Lexapro®, Cipralex®)
  • Buspirone (BuSpar®)
